Nationwide Delivery Coverage
Ajebuy delivers to all 36 states in Nigeria. Delivery Timelines Lagos: 24 – 72 hours (subject to traffic and order volume) Outside Lagos: 3 – 7 working days via verified logistics partners, including GIG, GUO, and other national carriers.
Payment Methods
We accept: Direct bank transfer and Secure online payments via Paystack. Ajebuy does NOT offer Pay on Delivery. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY POLICY
Please ensure you’re reachable during the expected delivery window.
If a Lagos customer is unavailable:
•The product is returned to our office.
•A new delivery fee will apply for redelivery.
For customers outside Lagos:
•The item will remain at the logistics partner’s location.
•Any storage or delay fees imposed by the logistics company are the responsibility of the customer.
This policy ensures operational efficiency and protects delivery logistics.
