RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ajebuy operates a structured exchange-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds.
Returns are NOT accepted for items delivered in good condition.
An exchange is only approved if:
•The product was delivered damaged due to transit handling.
•The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
•Clear visual evidence (photo or video) is provided.
•The item remains unused and in original condition.
Upon verification, Ajebuy will:
•Replace the exact product, OR
•Allow exchange for another product (price differences must be settled accordingly).
All claims are subject to inspection before approval.
